The Business Need
The Timesheet Power App has three roles defined. One is Admin, the second is the project manager and the third one is resource/freelancer/vendor. Admin as the name suggests have all the rights such as, the admin is able to create a project and assign it to the concerned vendor or resource. The project manager can view, approve or reject the submitted timesheets. The flexibility to approve or reject the timesheet in a bulk manner is available as well. The project managers can retrieve the report in PDF format for any particular resource and either save it for further records or conclude the billing activities. The resources will have access to only those projects that are assigned to them. The vendors or freelancers can login to the Timesheet Power App and log their time. The time entries for any project(s) are laid out in a weekly format for the resources to keep track of the spent and the remaining hours.
