St. Agnes Catholic Parish, an aged care institution based in Australia, enables the elderly to take the correct decisions for the next steps of their lives by giving them several accommodation and care giving options. They give care in the comfort of senior’s homes along with residential care and independent living. 

The aged care facility was using a number of different systems for managing finance processes and other routine activities. Separate systems based on different technologies were not able to communicate with each other and this increased burden on their resourcesThey were looking for a system that assembles all the processes and lays a path for future technology adoption.

The Solution

Exigo Tech was chosen as a technology partner to evaluate the current technology structure and suggest the future roadmap. After doing a thorough investigation of the existing infrastructure, Exigo Tech understood that St. Agnes Catholic Parish was already using Office 365 and moving them to Microsoft Dynamics 365 would cater to their exact requirements.  

Exigo Tech, as a solution partner, worked with St. Agnes Catholic Parish and designed a solution that caters to their requirement and prepares them for future technology adoption. The solution was deployed in several phases to ensure that the tailored solution addressed the exact concerns of St. Agnes Catholic Parish.  

The first phase includes the implementation of a core finance system and second phase revolves around customer engagement and further implementation of finance module. In the first phase, Dynamics 365 Business Central will be implemented to streamline different processes such as finance, accounting, budgeting and forecasting. The application supports the integration with the bank and automates several other finance activities. The second phase will include the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Customer Service module. The professionals at St. Agnes Catholic Parish will use the module for marketing, customer engagement and more. It will also be used to manage the enquiries raised by the elderly regarding their services or packages.
